The tracking information states my order is delivered, but I did not receive it. What do I do?
- Complete a Help Request Form through USPS at: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
- You will receive a confirmation number via email from "USPS Customer Support" immediately following the completion of the Help Request Form.
- If your order is not delivered within 4 business days, please forward the USPS confirmation for service email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- A member of our pharmacy staff will respond to your request.
